Through my healing journey, I learnt that my body is a miraculous messenger that is constantly communicating with me. If I am in physical or emotional discomfort, this means my body is out of balance.

Many of us have lost touch with our body’s innate wisdom because we don’t have time for it or we think we can rely on the magic pill to take care of all our health problems.

How can we deal with discomforts of life in a healthy way? ​ It starts with a BREATH. As soon we tune in to the breath and feel, the healing process starts.

When do you need a 1-on-1 coaching session?

Whenever you want to start with yoga & meditation or deepen your practice and need a personal guidance on your journey, this one-on-one coaching is designed to adapt to your own needs and interests.

The coaching is also recommended whenever you experience overwhelm, stress, overthinking, lack of energy, pain, digestive issues or emotional imbalance. This private session will help calm your nervous system and help you feel more grounded in your body, mind, and emotions.

Breath work – Yoga – Meditation coaching via Zoom or at Heal & Flourish’s location

  • 1 x 75-min one-on-one coaching session: €85,-
  • 5 x 75-min one-on-one coaching sessions (valid for 6 months): €400,-
  • 1 x 90-min one-on-one coaching session: €95,-
  • 5 x 90-min one-on-one coaching sessions (valid for 6 months): €450,-
