I’m a certified Fasting Lifestyle Coach for Women, Nutritional Therapist, and Certified Bioenergetics Practitioner. I work with women struggling with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight resistance, and the challenges during pre/menopausal years that hinder them from becoming their fullest selves.
I am conducting research for a new project to understand the struggles midlife women face and what they find most beneficial.
